The deposit check feature leaves much to be desired. Other banks allow you to take the picture but this app is inept at this simple function. A simple waste of time, 0 stars.

It's the worst. Never able to deposit checks online which you'd think would be essential once they closed nearly every branch!!
After 6 months using company wifi hsbcnet will no longer allow me to login using wifi connection. Calling help desk is a waste of time, called 4 times and no one has a clue.
